  Dealers certified on craps and roulette are worth more than blackjack-only dealers, because the casino can move them anywhere.

• Poker

  A different skill and often a different pay structure, with tips from the pot at some rooms.

• High-limit and salon tables

  Reserved for experienced dealers, with far larger pooled tips.

• A second language

  Some rooms specifically want dealers who can host players in Mandarin or Cantonese.
