A typical shift

You clock in, get your table assignment and open the game by counting the chip tray on camera. Then you deal: cards out, bets paid, chips stacked, everything done with clear hand movements so surveillance can see it. You rotate off the table for a break every hour or so, which is how dealers survive the concentration. You chat with regulars, refuse a drink for someone who has had too many, and call the supervisor over for a disputed hand. At the end you count down the tray again and sign for it.
