• Emergency medical dispatch

  Lets you talk a caller through CPR, childbirth or bleeding control using a scripted protocol. Required in many states.

• Fire and law enforcement dispatch protocols

  Separate certifications for the fire and police sides of the radio.

  The credential for training new hires, and usually the first pay bump beyond the base rate.
