The exam is a day of stations

The CASEM (Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine) diploma exam runs about 6 to 7 hours and rotates you through 18 to 20 practical stations: examining a knee, counselling a concussed player, managing a collapsed runner. You need 50 hours of real sideline coverage just to sit it.
