A typical day

Early start with the crew for a short safety talk. Then a site walk: missing guardrail, a ladder set wrong, an extension cord in water. Some things you fix by pointing, some by stopping the work. Mid-morning, a near miss from yesterday needs investigating and writing up. Afternoon, train four new hires, update the hazard assessment for next week's crane lift, and answer a compensation board question about an old claim.
