A typical day

Open the bay, look at what came in overnight. A mower that will not start, a chainsaw with no compression, a pressure washer leaking fuel. Diagnose, quote, wait for the customer to say yes, then pull it apart. A lot of the day is carburetors, fuel lines, spark and old gas. In spring you are buried and running late on everything. In deep winter, unless you are in snow country, it is quiet and you are rebuilding units for the next season.
