A typical day

Calls with clients who want to know when their money arrives and whether their treatment is covered. Then case work: requesting medical records, drafting a demand letter with the evidence and the number attached, and arguing with an insurance adjuster who has valued the claim lower. Afternoons might be a deposition, a mediation, or motions due to the court. The unglamorous truth is that the day is mostly documents, phone calls and deadlines.
