A typical day

In by 8, look at the work board, grab the first repair order. A 10,000 mile service, then a tire and a brake bleed, then something that will eat the rest of the day: a bike that dies at idle and only when hot. You chase it through the wiring diagram, pull codes on the dealer laptop, road test it twice. Spring and summer the board is full for a week ahead. January in a northern state it is quiet enough that the shop cuts hours.
