A typical session

Everyone arrives already annoyed. You explain the rules, that you decide nothing and that what is said stays in the room. Then each side tells their version, usually badly. You separate them, go back and forth, and slowly work out what each one actually needs rather than what they demanded. Somewhere in hour three it either cracks or it does not. If it cracks you write the agreement before anyone leaves, because a deal that goes home unwritten often does not survive the night.
