A typical day
Five or six sessions, usually an hour each with fifteen minutes between to change the linens, wash your hands and write a note. Before each one you ask what hurts and what they want, and you check for anything that means you should not work on them today. Then an hour of quiet, focused physical work in a warm room. Between clients you restock oil, run laundry and confirm tomorrow's bookings. If you are independent, the two hours after the last client go into invoices, messages and marketing.
