What the work is
The Army describes five kinds of mission: training and equipping friendly foreign forces to defend their own country, helping countries facing an insurgency, supporting resistance movements, watching places too sensitive to send larger forces, and quick raids to seize equipment or recover people. You work in a small team where each member has a specialty, and much of the work is teaching.
