A typical day

Early start, often 6 or 7am on site. Unload and inspect glass, because a chipped edge is a broken sheet waiting to happen. Set frames, apply sealant, then lift the glass into place with suction cups, a crane or a glass robot. Commercial jobs mean big units and a crew. Service work means driving between a broken storefront, an office door and a house, measuring, going back to the shop and returning to install.
