A typical day

Load the van early, drive to a house or a job site, move furniture and pull up whatever was there. Check the subfloor is flat and dry, because everything you do on top of it depends on that. Then measure, cut, lay, seam, stretch and trim, most of it on your knees. Vacuum, haul the old flooring to the dump, get the customer to sign. Two rooms in a day on residential work, a whole floor of an office over a week on commercial.
