A typical trip

A trip is two to four days, not a day. You sign in, get a briefing from the lead attendant, check the emergency equipment on your assigned door, then board. Safety demo, service, trash, turbulence, a passenger who has had too much to drink, a medical call for a doctor on board. Land, do it again on the next leg, then a hotel in a city you did not choose, six hours of sleep, and a 5am van back to the airport. Then home for three or four days.
