A typical day

Set the room, check the day's bookings, sanitize everything. Appointments run back to back: a 60-minute facial, a brow wax, a peel, a consultation for someone nervous about acne. Between each one you strip the bed, disinfect the tools and reset. You talk constantly, and a lot of it is managing expectations about what skin can actually do in six weeks. Evenings and Saturdays are the busiest times, because that is when clients are free.
