A typical day

Start at the office reviewing overnight complaints and the open case list. Out in the truck by mid-morning: photograph violations, post notices, talk to owners and tenants, re-inspect the cases whose deadline has passed. Back at the desk in the afternoon to write everything up, because a case with weak documentation dies at the hearing. Once or twice a month, an evening hearing where you present your cases.
