What the wage survey shows

Read this one carefully. The federal wage survey has no line for behavior analysts, so they are counted inside a broad group called psychologists, all other, which is full of government and hospital psychologists holding doctorates. That group's median was $117,750 a year in the 2023 survey, with a bottom tenth near $47,450. A newly certified behavior analyst with a master's degree should plan on the lower half of this range.
