A typical day

Badge in through security at 7. Morning meeting on what is running and what is broken. The rest of the morning reviewing a change to a cooling system, checking it against the safety case and writing it up. Afternoon in the plant with a maintenance crew, wearing dosimetry, or back at the desk answering a question from the control room. Home by 5, unless the station is in an outage, when 12 hour days run for weeks.
