A typical day

A family mediation: separate intake calls, screening each person for safety, then a two-hour joint session by video or in a small office. A commercial mediation: a full day with both sides and their lawyers in separate rooms while you shuttle offers back and forth, often ending late. Between cases: drafting agreements, marketing, invoicing, and reading the files for tomorrow.
