A typical day

Morning is usually a fit session: a sample on a model, pins, and a list of corrections sent to the factory. Then costing, fabric approvals, colour matching against a lab dip, and emails to a mill in another time zone. Sketching happens in gaps or at the start of a season. Twice a year everything compresses into a few brutal weeks as the range is locked and the samples have to be right.
