A typical day

Headphones on, two screens, a model open. Morning: update a drawing set after the engineer changed a beam size, then check every view that the change touched. Midday: a markup comes back in red ink from a senior reviewer and you work through it. Afternoon: issue a set for permit, print and fold the big sheets, and send files to the fabricator. Some weeks you go out to measure a building that has no drawings left.
