A typical day

Cases arrive from dentists as impressions or digital scans, each with a prescription. You pour models or open the scan, design the crown or denture, then build it: waxing, casting, pressing ceramic, layering porcelain, or sending it to the printer or mill. Check the fit and bite on the model, polish, package, ship. A quiet room, a bench, a microscope and a lot of concentration. Rush cases break the rhythm.
